- Description: Cask A hoppy golden pale ale with a resin, lemon, hop character. Orkney comprises of 70 islands, 17 or 18 of which are inhabited. Each unique in its own way, locals and tourists travel internally by both sea and air. We use all pale malt and lots of New Zealand hops to create this hoppy but still sessionable low strength beer. Ingredients: Water, barley malt (Maris Otter), wheat malt, Nelson Sauvin hops, yeast.

- Description: Cask and bottle. We brew our beer next to cliffs battered by the Atlantic Ocean - the sea is a constant in Orkney’s way of life. This beer is a respectful Orcadian nod to the pale ales of America’s West Coast. Crystal malt gives the beer sweet body and US hops provide plenty of punchy, citrus flavours. Ingredients: water, barley malt (Maris Otter, Crystal), wheat malt, hops (Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe).

Fresh off his cart is No.4. It’s an unpasteurised shimmering blonde concoction of fruits. Instant refreshment with an insanely fragrant aroma. No.4 is the first of the good DR’s elixirs to emerge from his apothecary. We expect more brews to follow from this enigmatic character.
This is a collection of beers that I've personally tasted.
We've now 665 different beers.
