This beer is a respectful Orcadian nod to the pale ales of America’s West Coast. Crystal malt gives the beer sweet body and US hops provide plenty of punchy, citrus flavours. Ingredients: water, barley malt (Maris Otter, Crystal), wheat malt, hops (Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe).
