- Description: La Cambrée Bière Ambrée titrant 6,5° d’alcool.
- Web: www.elfique.be
- Description: Bière spéciale généreuse et douce, arrière goût frais, légère amertume. Contient du malt d’orge. Dépôt qui ne nuit en rien sa qualité. Robe de couleur ambrée par sa douceur nous rappelle le caramel.
- Web: www.brasserielabinchoise.com
- Description: Also known as La Binchoise Blonde with a 6.2% abv. Available with two labels - Blonde in Wallonia and Fakir in Flanders and Canada. Though it is also relabelled as La Molagnarde Blonde. This is a particularly good blonde beer with lots of strong, clean citric hop character throughout. The orange peel that is included amongst the ingredients tends to only come through in the nose.
- Web: www.leffe.com
- Description: Uses Vieux Temps yeast which gives the clove-like flavour.
"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."
- Web: www.hetanker.be
- Description: The inspiration for this brew originates in the night of January 27th in the year 1687. The moon projected its reddish glow on Saint Rumbold’s tower, which was wrapped in a dense fog. “Fire, fire, the tower is on fire!” shouts the dreary voice of a drunken man. The alarm was sounded and people were making haste to help extinguish the so-called fire.

For the Free Port Days in Kristiansand June 2009 it was sold bottle conditioned once more, this time with an extra addition of Cascade hops, under the name Porto Franco. Released on bottle as Blonde January 2011.
- Web: www.brugghus.is
- Description: [Brewer says it’s a belgian ale and not a dunkler bock.]
- Web: www.orval.be

Between the first and second fermentations there is also an additional dry-hopping process. Through this the beer acquires its pronounced hoppy aroma and extra dry taste.
Bottled at 5.2% abv - can go up as high as 7.2%
